The Opportunity
 
We are building AEO as a core growth service, not an experiment. This role owns AEO end to end: strategy, service design, execution frameworks, and results. You will turn AEO from a concept into a repeatable, sellable, and measurable offering used
across client accounts.
 
What You'll Own
 
AEO Strategy
Set our AEO direction across AI search, assistants, and answer engines
Translate AI search behavior into practical client opportunities
Productizing the Service
Help turn AEO into a clear service with defined deliverables and outcomes
Shape packaging, scope, and positioning with leadership
Workflows and Playbooks
Build and document AEO workflows from audit to execution
Create SOPs that enable consistent delivery at scale
AEO Audits
Design standardized AEO audit frameworks
Identify gaps in entity coverage, topical authority, and content structure
Convert audits into clear execution roadmaps
Execution and Results
Oversee and contribute to AEO execution across client accounts
Ensure recommendations are implemented and drive outcomes
Measurement and Reporting
Define how AEO success is measured and reported
Build client-ready reporting that reflects real impact
Internal Enablement
Train teams on AEO fundamentals and quality standards
Act as the internal authority as the space evolves
What We're Looking For
Strong background in SEO or organic growth
Hands-on understanding of AI search and LLM behavior
Proven ability to turn strategy into repeatable systems
Comfortable owning ambiguity and building from zero

AEO is a documented, repeatable service
Teams execute AEO without heavy oversight
Clients understand the value and see results
