Job Description
Counsel employees on both psychological and physical health concerns and guide them toward the necessary resources or programs
Ensure that patient confidentiality is respected and that the dignity of the patient is assured and maintained at all times having regard to the Philosophy and Ethical code of the hospital.
Collaborates with physicians and multidisciplinary team members.
Monitor, organize, and update polyclinic patients records.
Establish and distribute a weekly schedule.
Managing nursing staff, including ensuring safety procedures are followed
Assist in the training of new nurses or those who require aid.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience is required.
Candidates must be a Prof'l License(Passed Board/Bar/Prof'l License Exam) holder.
Female applicants are preferred for this role.
Must have experience in handling Dental and Derma department.
Preferably with working experience as Head Nurse
