QUALIFICATIONS:
High school diploma or equivalent
Training at a community college, technical school, culinary arts school, or a 4-year degree
Minimum of 2 years' experience as a head cook
Strong knowledge of culinary trends
Proven expertise in creating innovative and delicious dishes
Ability to multitask effectively and cope in a high-pressure environment
Excellent leadership and communication skills
