Job Description
Controlling and directing the food preparation process
Managing and working closely with other Chefs of all levels
Approving and polishing dishes before they reach the customer
Creating menu items, recipes and developing dishes ensuring variety and quality
Determining food inventory needs, stocking and ordering
Ultimately responsible for ensuring the kitchen meets all regulations including sanitary and food safety guidelines
Being responsible for health and safety
Being responsible for food hygiene practices
Qualifications:
A minimum of 5 year(s) of working experience is required.
Candidates must be at least a graduate of a four-year undergraduate course.
With at least 5 years minimum working experience as a SOUS CHEF/HEAD CHEF/SENIOR CHEF
With at least One-year of College with Transcript of Records (TOR)
With valid passport and valid Drivers license
