Description
Duties and responsibilities include:
1. Achieve on time and accurate sorting & checking of received documents versus physical stocks;
a.) 3 days for direct transfer
b.) 7 days for BO Holding area transfer
2. Consolidates, prepares, review and submit various monthly reports;
a.) Waste Map reports
b.) Productivity Reports
c.) Weekly Shortages and overages reports
d.) Bo Sweepings Reports
e.) Solid waste (Non- Revenue)
3. Monitors returns of Scan Asia from receiving, destruction and disposal of scrap items;
4. Provide destruction certificates both Nestle and Scan Asia returns;
5. Prepares delivery receipt for non-revenue scrap items;
6. Submit BIR documents to RDO and assist BIR personnel during witnessing of stocks.
7. Assist Operations Head and Operations Supervisor on various programs:
a.) Building and machine scheduled cleaning and maintenance programs.
b.) Destruction and recovery process output.
c.) Reconciliation of variance reports.
d.) Completion of MHO new Projects.
1. Coordinates with scrap buyer, liquid and solid waste hauler;
2. Provide information to Operations Head and RL head regarding the incoming and outgoing stocks;
3. Perform other job as may be assigned from time to time;

Oversee incoming and outgoing stocks within market hygiene and assist in the production process
Job Specifications or Qualifications:
Educated to degree level standard or equivalent (desirable)
Graduate of any 4 or 2 year management or computer course
With experience on physical and warehouse inventory
With technical training on records management
With experience on good-housekeeping standards
Roles and Responsibilities:
Responsible in overseeing of incoming and outgoing stocks within Market Hygiene Center
Professional Skills:
With knowledge in IT system applications.
Strong interpersonal skills with an approachable personality;
Good knowledge in analyzing returns stocks
Clear understanding of confidentiality
