a. Troubleshooting (PC's, LAN & IT Peripherals)
b. Deployment, installation and configuration
c. Interact with internal clients to help resolve related issues
Served as leg work for IT projects (PC Deployment & LAN Cabling)
Asset Management: Thru Documentation, Inventory, Recommendation, Transfer & Proper Disposal
Perform Preventive maintenance on all IT related equipment
