*Providing IT Operation support
Response to Proponent request with corresponding SLA (thru Help Desk)
a. Troubleshooting (PC's, LAN & IT Peripherals)
b. Deployment, installation and configuration
c. Interact with internal clients to help resolve related issues
Served as leg work for IT projects (PC Deployment & LAN Cabling)
Perform Preventive maintenance on all IT related equipment
Response to Proponent request and issue related to ongoing or current project
a. Troubleshooting (PC's, LAN & IT Peripherals)
b. Deployment, installation and configuration
c. Interact with internal clients to help resolve related issues
Provide support in the installation & Documentation of IT projects

Minimum education level: Bachelor ́s Degree

Knowledge: Technology, Information technology
