JOB QUALIFICATIONS  
High school diploma/College Level/Vocational Course or equivalent. 
 Proven experience as handyman 
Experience with hardware tools and electrical equipment 
Basic understanding of electrical, plumbing or HVAC systems 
Good communication ability 
Well-organized and apt in problem-solving 
Attention to detail 
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES  
Perform repairs and maintenance tasks on doors, furniture, fixtures and appliances in an effective and timely manner. 
Investigate possible problems and propose solutions. 
Carry out all kinds of electrical repair, HVAC, carpentry, painting and janitorial duties 
Perform preventive maintenance tasks on a regular basis 
 Fix electrical fixtures and handle plumbing/leakage problems effectively 
Determine tools and equipment needed for individual repair or maintenance job 
Maintain and organize building walls, floors and ceilings 
Perform IT related works & assist on-site clients including but not limited to: 
Checking on loose cabling when ever happens (Lan, Power, Video) for computers    reported by clients 
Setup new computers & peripherals once received from suppliers 
Troubleshoot locally any CCTV Cameras or Access Points if they need support 
Assist client's staff based on MOPH support emails or instructions received from Operations Manager / Executive Assistant. 
Trace / test cabling issues between lan ports & patch panels 
Transfer computers around the office, when clients get relocated or request a different floor plan on the office. 
Assist with antennas instalments & setup for Centro as well HOIT clients. 
Coordinate through phone with IT support from Crown7 in regards with tasks that require higher expertise.
