Job Qualifications:
Knowledgeable in A/C systems, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry
Knows how to drive a motorbike (with a driver's license)
At least a vocational graduate
Should be knowledgeable in facility preventive maintenance
Job Responsibilities:
Performs repairs and maintenance tasks on doors, furniture, fixtures, and appliances in an effective and timely manner
Carry out all kinds of electrical repair, HVAC, carpentry, painting, and janitorial duties
Fix electrical fixtures and handle plumbing/leakage problems effectively
Maintain and organize building walls, floors, and ceilings
Perform IT-related works and assist on-site clients, including but not limited to:
Checking on loose cabling whenever happens
Set up new computers and peripherals once received from suppliers
Troubleshoot locally any CCTV Cameras or Access Points if they need support
Trace/test cabling issues between Lan ports and patch panels
