HANDYMAN / MAINTENANCE HEAD
 
Job Summary
 
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Handyman to handle general maintenance and repair work for our hotel. The role covers day-to-day upkeep of facilities, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for guests and staff.
 
Key Responsibilities:
Perform basic repairs (plumbing leaks, electrical fixtures, carpentry, painting).
Conduct routine inspections of rooms, common areas, and utilities.
Respond quickly to repair requests from guests and staff.
Coordinate with external contractors for major repair needs.
Maintain tools, equipment, and basic repair records.
Support the hotel team in ensuring facilities are clean, safe, and functional.
Qualifications:
At least High School Graduate or TESDA-certified in any trade (plumbing, electrical, carpentry) - preferred but not required.
Prior experience in maintenance, construction, or repair work is an advantage.
Ability to handle basic tools and troubleshoot minor issues.
Physically fit and willing to perform manual tasks.
Honest, reliable, and able to work with minimal supervision.
Compensation & Benefits:
Salary: Cebu City minimum wage 
Food Allowance: Provided after 6 months of continuous employment.
