Demonstrate a complete understanding of the hotel's policies and procedures and service standards and have full knowledge of the hotel facilities and happenings
Qualifications:
A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience is required.
Candidates must be a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate holder in Hospitality/Tourism Management or similar fields.
