This position is responsible for providing prompt and professional F&B service to Hotel's guests. Check the reservation book for reservations for the next meal period. GRE have complete knowledge of all food and beverage menus.
Work Experience
Your experience and skills include;
Previous 5-star hotel experience is an advantage.
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to maintain high service levels under pressure.
Additional certification(s) in Food & Beverage will be an advantage
1-2 years experience in similar role
