GUEST OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR
Job Purpose:
To assist the Operations Manager in the achievement of Company goals and objectives by ensuring that the client's expectations and needs are satisfied;
Develop and implement activities and events to promote Cebu Ocean Park; and ensuring revenue-generating activity targets are met
Ensure quality and guest satisfaction
Job Specifications:
College graduate of any business course, preferably Tourism Management or any other Hospitality or Service-Related Industry
At least three (3) years of related customer service work experience including at least one (1) year supervisory position, with the ability to train, direct, supervise, counsel, evaluate, schedule and motivate staff
Proficient communication skills both oral and written
Strong leadership skills and organized
Willing to work on weekends and holidays
