Provide technical support to team by being the subject matter expert on assigned process/es

Conduct Process and refresher training to New Hires/ Cross Skilled, Tenured officers
respectively
l
l Prepare, update and proof read new and existing process desktop procedures (DTPs)
l Maintain coordination with onshore in the creation and / or revisions of DTPs
Support operations management team in coaching CSOs with any complaints and incidents
and providing RCA
l
Facilitate Rework forum and other projects that will support operational effectiveness and
efficiency
l
l Support CSOs in processing transactions
l Perform tier 2 audits and requisite coaching as prescribed by Quality/OE team
l Manage and execute training needs of existing team and new hires
l Plan and implementation methods to improve overall technical expertise of CSOs
