Primary Responsibilities
Manage full life-cycle recruitment by setting search strategy, actively sourcing candidates, prescreening, interviewing and presenting qualified candidates to hiring managers, negotiating offers and facilitating the hiring and on-boarding processes
Manage recruitment services to ensure -
Current and emerging customer needs and services expectations are understood and met
Recruitment process are applied efficiently and to a high-standard
Alignment between company and business priorities
Source high quality candidates using the most optimal channels and when appointments are made, manage the effective delivery of recruitment processes and procedures
Build, manage and maintain external talent market data for key skills and profiles to ensure quality profiles are targeted and engaged for current and future hiring requirements
Optimize external network by maintaining highly visible profile in the market and fostering on-going communication with prospective candidates and industry thought leaders to share information and build organizational reputation for excellence
Contribute in the development and implementation of recruitment marketing strategies that aligns with our over-all value proposition as a Company
Build and maintain positive relationships with hiring leaders by utilizing individual credibility to consult and recommend top-performing candidates, provide guidance throughout the recruitment process, and facilitate the successful delivery of recruiting programs and activities
Actively participate in formulating recruitment strategies by communicating with executives and senior leaders and monitoring organizational change to foresee and build understanding of talent needs
Contribute in translating current and future business requirements into a recruitment strategy which enables the delivery and achievement of established goals
Build and maintain strong relationships with HR Business Partners, and other senior members of the business to understand business objectives/requirements and assist in the timely delivery of solutions
Lead and contribute in the development and implementation of key recruitment initiatives to support the development of policies, systems and processes that meet organizational goals
Lead development and implementation of improvements of key end-to-end Recruitment processes to deliver high quality and robust recruitment practices in line with best practice
Display leadership and direction to develop, grow and proactively support and drive forward key recruitment initiatives
Contribute to the operational deliverables and activities of the team
Provide support to others to achieve positive results for the business in line with the over-all people strategy
Support and contribute to HR initiatives to successfully drive forward the people agenda and promote best practice across the organization
Provide, evaluate and make recommendations on key metrics/KPI's to demonstrate the effectiveness of the recruitment function to be used in decision making and action planning.
Contribute in the delivery of accurate and current recruitment management information for standard and ah-hoc reports, ensuring this supports business requirements and enables informed analysis and decision making
Ensure all personnel/administrative records are maintained and accurate at all times, adhering to the requirements of the Data Protection and other regulatory and internal requirements
Actively undertake personal development to ensure up to date knowledge and skills
Coach/Mentor less experienced team members to support their personal and professional growth
Maintain regular and effective communication, and transfer of knowledge, between and within the HR teams
Act as point of reference to guide and advise others to ensure to the sharing of knowledge and best practice
Support others in the team where appropriate to assist in the achievement of their objectives
Required Education
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience
Required Experience
5 years relevant experience

Knowledge of the financial services, BPO and shared services industry and related terminology
