Job Description
Carry out all paint, GRP and polishing work including, wood finish, surface repairs, wooden floor repairs, grain match and veneer repairs; spray painting or large and small areas, GRP repairs and alterations, glass and stainless steel polishing.
Maintain work area with good housekeeping and organisation.
Read and understand the department rules about painting and the handling of hazardous materials and waste.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 3 year(s) of working experience is required.
Candidates must be at least a high school graduate.
Must have related Training Certificates
TESDA NCII Certificate of Trade Test is a MUST
Must have UKVI IELTS with a 4.0 score per category. Candidates with ready UKVI IELTS will be highly prioritized
Must be competent in carrying out all paint, GRP (Glass Reinforced Polymer or Fiberglass) & polishing work to include wood finish, surface repairs, wooden floor repairs, grain match & veneer repairs.
Keen on spray painting large & small areas, GRP repairs & alterations, glass & stainless- steel polishing.
Must have experience in one or more of the following disciplines with a willingness to train where required; Marine GRP Technician, Spray Painter/Paint Finisher, Glass Polisher.
Willing to be trained on other aspects related to the position.
Ability to manually move product and materials up to 50 lbs. through regular physical exertion, including but not limited to climbing, lifting, carrying, pushing pulling and bending.
