Growth Strategist Support
What are we looking for:
We are searching for a Growth Strategist Support for our UK-based client who is a leading global Amazon software and service provider. You will be joining a team of growth and advertising specialists focused on helping sellers grow faster. In this role, you will be supporting the team responsible for customer success, account management and strategy consultancy.
Beyond your experience, we are also looking for someone who is professional and possesses impeccable written and verbal English communication. The ideal candidate should be organized, passionate, and have a keen eye for detail.
This role is 100% work from home.
In this role, you will:
Work within the commercial team - specifically supporting the Growth Strategist Executive and the Growth Strategist Team.
Help clients meet their goals on Amazon through unique customer analytics data generated through the proprietary customer analytics tool.
Responsible for customer success, account management and strategy consultancy.
Accomplishment of KPIs which are customer satisfaction, retention and expansion.
Working with multiple managed customers in the US, CA, and EU.
Building customer presentations - growth plans and monthly reports.
About You:
Core qualifications:
2+ years of experience in data analytics and reports creation
Attention to detail
Analytical use of data
Ability to use Google Suite - Sheets, Slides, Docs (Tableau is a bonus)
Ability to work on multiple clients and projects simultaneously
Ability to work methodically and follow a process
