A Customer Service Representative in Healthcare and Pharmaceutical is responsible for providing support to customers regarding products, services, and orders. The main duties of this role include:
• Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
• Resolving customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
• Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Maintaining accurate customer records and updating customer information as needed.
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer needs are met.
• Staying up-to-date on company products, policies, and procedures.
• Educating customers about company products and services.
• Providing exceptional customer service and building customer relationships.
Applicants must be/have:
• High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree is a plus
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with customers
• Patience, empathy and the ability to handle difficult customers
• Have good customer service, multi-tasking and problem-solving skills
• Have excellent English communication skills
• Have knowledge on computers
• Are willing to work in shifting schedule
Requirements
