Executive recruitment Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting on behalf of a producer of quality baked products in the country. Our respective client is looking for a Group Sales Manager who will lead a sales team that services existing accounts and uses a variety of marketing and outreach strategies to generate and nurture new accounts. This role will be reporting to the Division Sales Manager, with onsite/field work set-up and is located in Mandaue, Cebu City.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
Handle assigned geographic group to ensure profitable sales volume parameters are achieved
At least 4 years work experience in FMCG industry and managing people
Analyze, plan and operate all selling systems and processes
Provide guidance, training and mentorship, setting sales quotas and goals, creating sales plans, analyzing data, assigning sales territories and building their team
Oversee and coordinate a team of sales representatives, ensuring efficiency and customer satisfaction
Devise sales objectives, assessing workforce performance, managing schedules, and handling complex issues and complaints, resolving them promptly and efficiently
Perform clerical tasks such as producing progress reports, maintaining extensive records, and liaising with clients through calls and correspondence
Lead and encourage the team to reach sales targets, all while implementing the company's policies and regulations
