Job Description
Supervise and coordinate the activities of grocery store staff, including cashiers, stock clerks, and customer service representatives.
Train, coach, and mentor staff to ensure high-quality service delivery and adherence to store policies and procedures.
Monitor inventory levels, order products, and ensure proper stock rotation and merchandising.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 4 year(s) of working experience is required.
