GRILLER / COOK
Qualifications:
Work on a charcoal fired grill with exhaust / fresh;
Daily routine includes fire up the grill, prepare food products, grill, check stocks and reorder, clean up station at closing;
Work on a 4 to 6 set high pressure gas range, to cook and fry;
Daily routine includes prepare food products and prep table, verify inventory, take out stocks , cook and plate, at closing check stocks and reorder and clean up station;
Split work schedule opening or closing crew, 8 hrs;
Experienced fast food grillers and cooks will be reviewed after 6 months and when endorsed, be entitled to 10 - 20% allowances of total;
You will to be cook and griller to support the kitchen team.
