We are looking for a digital production designer to support our Candidate Acquisition Ads team. Candidate must be proficient with Illustrator and juggle several projects at a time in a fast-paced environment.

Position To Fill: Two
What You'll Do
Work with Candidate Acquisition Ads team to design and create fully fleshed strategic campaigns
Ensure that files meet accuracy, size, resolution, quality and unique specifications
Ensure that files are uploaded to appropriate folders
Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator required
Must be organized, adapt quickly and deliver "pixel perfect" assets
Work collaboratively with other team members to deliver high quality, accurate creative assets
What You Need to Qualify
2+ years of agency/marketing experience as a Production Artist for digital platforms
Accustom to the speed of daily design production for the internet
Mature; respectful of business needs, shipping dates and "real world" challenges
Portfolio must be submitted demonstrating eye for detail and production excellence
Google Web Designer experience a huge plus
Genuine enthusiasm for great marketing creative and design - typography, images, and copy
Collaborative mentality, ability to recognize how to get things done as a team
High standards in creative execution and appreciation for design excellence
Desire to be a collaborative and inspirational partner in the creative process
Self-confidence and composure to accept critique, process it, and apply the learning to improve
Able to multi-task and juggle several projects at a time in a fast-paced environment
