Description
This role requires working within the Content Team in the Marketing Department. You will report to the Content Marketing Manager and work closely with the Content Team, alongside our in-house graphic designer. This role will support the broader Marketing Department to help us create and deliver branded marketing content and collateral in Australia and international markets.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Develop creative marketing content for campaigns across EDM, social media and digital media (including web ads, website banners etc)
• Develop digital & printed sales support material for sales department
• Create visual designs that adhere to the company's brand style guide & brand identity, using both pre-existing design templates & developing fresh concepts
• Assist with developing graphics & other visual assets to be used for larger projects such as videos
• Work collaboratively with internal teams and in-house designer during the briefing, feedback, development and finalization process to ensure the design work meets the brief and objectives.
• Work with the Content Team to prioritise and schedule workload, managing the team's expectations on deadlines.
• Packaging & product garment labels: Support the existing Finished Artist in developing artwork for garment labels, packaging stickers and packaging.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
• Atleast 2 years experience in Graphic Design
• Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop and InDesign
• Big picture strategic thinking, being pragmatic in approach to problem solving, how to answer a brief.
• Great attention to detail, ability to check work and limit the load of the team by reducing unnecessary amends.
• Ability to be flexible, adaptable, collaborative, and diplomatic in the face of changing needs and requirements.
• Knowledge of the Adobe creative suite (Primarily InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator)
• Knowledge of Adobe After Effects is strongly desired
