Job Summary:
The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating visually appealing designs that effectively communicate our brand message and engage our target audience. This role requires a blend of creativity, technical skills, and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and design marketing materials including brochures, advertisements, social media graphics, and web assets.
Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to conceptualize and execute design projects.
Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and are consistent across all platforms.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to keep designs fresh and relevant.
Prepare and deliver final designs for production and digital use.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role (portfolio required).
Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Illustrator, Photoshop).
Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to take constructive feedback and adapt designs accordingly.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with video editing and motion graphics is a plus.
Knowledge of web design and UX/UI principles.
