Duties and Responsibilities:
• Building the creative assets in the marketing communications plan including above the line and below the line digital and traditional marketing activity
• Create visual concepts and assets to communicate our impact for online media assets including eDM, website, social, video, photography, digital magazines etc
• Design pre-print materials including advertisements, magazines, corporate reports, brochures, merchandise etc
• Utilise our digital platform, Eloqua, to aesthetically build and create eDM's, landing pages and assets
• Maintaining the company's visual identity via brand consistency across all of our design on digital media, collateral and print etc
• Create new assets and brand identities for new and evolving programs of the company
• Identify, design and manage the development of the parent and teacher content (digital and collateral) with the aim of improving health and wellbeing via targeted content strategies (infographics, webinar graphics, Company Hub graphics)
Qualifications and Experience:
• Degree in Marketing, Information Technology or related
• Minimum of 3 years' design industry studio experience
• Experience creating, uploading and managing web content, as well as use of CMS systems
• Project management, managing priorities and meeting deadlines
• Brand design experience
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or InDesign
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills
• Web / UX / Digital design experience would be an advantage
• Ideally with high level of technical capability and understanding of best practice techniques and processes for digital, web and print design
• An inspiring portfolio of real work, that showcases your abilities
• Exceptional visual communication skills and an eagle eye for detail
