Roles and Responsibilities
- Create design concepts for print, web and multimedia.
- Conceptualization, layout and execution of graphic design for communication materials used for advertising, marketing and other related purposes.
- Layout and design graphics according to project and client requirements.
- Ensure accurate implementation of visual design according to specifications and style guidelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the design process.
- Perform other duties as may be assigned by the management.
Required Experience
- Must have experience in graphic design and UX best practices.
- Excellent design skills, highly creative and great attention to detail.
- Experience working with Australian clients in a digital agency or BPO industry.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment and having to handle multiple projects that require artistic and technical skills.
- Must have a good command of English and above average communication skills to interact effectively with clients and different levels in the organization.
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Fine Arts, Advertising, Multimedia Arts or equivalent.
A Successful Candidate must have
- At least 3 years of experience in the related field.
Proficient with
- Adobe Creative Cloud software including Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Premiere Pro and other design/multimedia software.
