We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Part-Time Graphic Designer to join the Splace Bpo team. The successful candidate will be responsible for producing visually engaging designs for both digital and print use, supporting our branding, marketing, and operational needs. The role requires a keen eye for visual consistency and the ability to execute design tasks efficiently within brand standards.RequirementsKey Responsibilities
Design and create visually appealing graphics for digital platforms (e.g., social media, email campaigns, websites) and print materials.
Support branding and marketing initiatives by developing various visual assets, including layouts, stitch-style designs, and PDFs.
Ensure all graphic outputs are consistent with established brand guidelines and aesthetic requirements.
Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to deliver design solutions that meet project objectives.
Maintain and manage the company's digital assets and design files.
Ability to take direction from a higher-level designer and execute smaller design tasks quickly.
Qualifications & Skills
Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with a portfolio of relevant work to demonstrate expertise.
Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Photoshop is required (Illustrator, InDesign, and other Adobe Creative Suite tools are a strong plus).
Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
Detail-oriented with a proven track record of maintaining visual consistency.
Experience designing for both print and digital platforms.
Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple small projects at once.
Familiarity with basic UI/UX principles is preferred.

Rate: P300 per hour.
