Job Title: Graphic Designer
Job Description:
We are seeking a meticulous and innovative Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. The preferred candidate will exhibit a refined design aesthetic, a solid grasp of industry practices, and the ability to collaborate efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
Responsibilities:
Must be available to assist with production during overtime as needed.
Ensure consistency across all design materials
Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and software
Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
Handle design revisions, ensuring feedback is incorporated accurately and efficiently.
Must be capable of delivering completed projects on time.
Use Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.) and other relevant design software effectively
Adapt applications to meet new client specifications.
Complete any additional tasks within their qualifications.
Willing to work on a shifting schedule.
Commit to continuous learning, improvement, and sharing knowledge with others.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role
Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) an other design tools.
Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles
Strong attention to detail, smart, highly trainable and a fast learner. Capable of multi-tasking & honesty.
Have a strong attendance record and good moral character, along with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Having a sense of urgency, dedication, and effective time management, while paying attention to detail, is essential.
Must be willing to work overtime and handle pressure based on project deadlines
One to two years of experience, though we are also open to recent graduates who demonstrate enthusiasm, creativity, a positive attitude, and a desire to grow in this field.
A portfolio showcasing your design skills and creativity
Good communication skills to work with teams and clients.
Ability to take direction and incorporate feedback into design revisions.
Japanese language skills are a plus!
