Job Description
QUALIFICATIONS
A degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field
Proven experience as a graphic artist, preferably with experience in the printing and packaging design industry evidenced by a strong portfolio showcasing relevant work.
Expertise in using graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) for creating high-quality designs.
Demonstrated ability to create visually appealing designs, combining color theory, typography, and imagery effectively.
Familiarity with various print processes, materials, and specifications, ensuring designs are suitable for different printing methods.
Innovative thinking and the capability to generate fresh and engaging design concepts that align with branding and packaging requirements.
Meticulousness in creating accurate designs, adhering to brand guidelines, and ensuring print readiness.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop visually captivating designs for print and packaging materials, including labels, boxes, bags, and promotional items.
Collaborate with clients and internal teams to conceptualize ideas, ensuring designs align with brand identities and project goals.
Arrange design elements, images, and text in a balanced and aesthetically pleasing manner, considering design principles and printing requirements.
Tailor designs to individual client needs, maintaining brand consistency while infusing unique visual identities.
Prepare files with precise specifications, ensuring designs translate seamlessly from digital to physical formats.
Communicate effectively with clients to understand preferences and incorporate feedback, ensuring satisfaction.
