JOB SPECIFICATION:
Graduate degree of relevant field
At least 1 year relevant experience
Strong networking, social skills & has good presentation skills
Proficient in (but not limited to) Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign and other Adobe products, etc.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
1.       Promotional Designs and Materials
·         Creates visually appealing promotional materials, advertisements, signage and event flyers
·         In-charge of completing the marketing kit/materials
·         Liasing with external printers on a regular basis to ensure deadlines are met and material is printed to the highest quality
·         Maintains the archive photo in the company's shared folders
·         Assists the marketing team with various tasks as assigned
 
2.       Marketing
·         Prepares promotional activities, developing and implementing ideas and concepts
·         Coordinates with suppliers regarding marketing materials
·         Collaborates with Marketing team in the creation of advertisements and promotional material
3.       General Responsibilities
·         Keeps immediate superior promptly and fully informed of all problems or unusual matter of significance
·         Performs all duties and responsibilities in a timely and efficient manner in accordance with the established policies and procedures of the company
·         Maintains a favorable working relationship with all other employees to foster and promote a cooperative and harmonious working environment
·         At all times project a favorable image to the public
·         Performs any other duties and tasks that may be assigned by the immediate superior from time to time
