MDM Systems, Inc is currently looking for a GRAPHIC DESIGNER.
JOB DESCRIPTION
The role will involve but is not limited to:
• Creating quality product packaging based on templates provided.
• Ensuring that all work is completed at a fast pace while maintaining the quality of work and attention to detail.
• Contributing ideas and suggestions to improve visual layout.
• Designing graphics in line with Client standards and expectations from concept to completion.
• Communicating effectively with the creative team to obtain all the information and assets needed to complete needed product packaging.
• Making ongoing amendments to work completed based on feedback from management.
• Ad-hoc design tasks and projects.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
• Communicating effectively with the Australian based team.
• Ensuring that all work is completed efficiently while maintaining the quality of work and attention to detail.
• Ability to respond quickly to multiple projects and work well under pressure, handling conflicting deadlines and changing priorities.
• Adhering to multiple brand style guides and ensuring consistency
• Contributing ideas and suggestions to improve visual communication
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
• At least 3 years' experience in a collaborative environment ie: Agency or In-house Design (not freelancing)
• Bachelor's degree in graphic design or related field
• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop, with an understanding of Microsoft Office and social media platforms.
• Experience in Packaging Design, deep etching (clipping), logo design
• Excellent English skills, particularly email (Must have strong spelling / grammatical skills)
• Accuracy, attention to detail.
