Job Purpose:
The role will be responsible for developing ideas to produce everything from branding assets, digital, advertising, newsletters, DM, banners, adverts, guides and infographics. You will work closely with our onshore partners to create exciting, compelling and innovative designs by pushing the boundaries and thinking 'outside of the box'. This role reports to the Marketing Director (APAC) as an individual contributor.
Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities:
Create and deliver creative ideas and solutions to support campaign objectives, aligned to and consistent with Cirium's brand vision and guidelines
Be a brand ambassador across Cirium globally and work closely with other team members to create exciting, compelling and innovative designs
Have the confidence and ability to take a brief from concept to delivery with minimal supervision
Create engaging graphics, illustrations and diagrams for use in internal and external communications within established brand guidelines
Support the Cirium marketing team's design needs including but not limited to digital material, presentations, signage, exhibition and print material
Key Skills Required (to be successful in this role):
Design Experience: Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar role, with portfolio of creative ideas and designs
Creative Execution: Ability to conceptualize, create and execute graphic design visuals and collaterals to address and satisfy business and marketing needs
Technical Skills: Excellent knowledge and technical use of the Adobe Creative Suite including Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign. Experience in creating videos would be of great advantage
Independent and solutions-oriented: Demonstrated success in dealing with ambiguity, resourceful, knows how to overcome barriers, proactively finds solutions to problems, shows initiative and a positive can-do attitude
Project management: Highly organised and can juggle multiple projects with accuracy, quality of work and documentation
Accountability: Get things done, takes ownership and committed to make things happen. Work with peers and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered successfully
Communication skills: Great interpersonal and English language skills, comfortable in presenting ideas to various stakeholders.

Qualifications:
Must possess a Bachelor's degree
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, with portfolio of creative ideas and designs
Excellent knowledge and technical use of Adobe Creative Suite (including Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign)
Ability to conceptualize, create and execute graphic design visuals and collaterals to address and satisfy business and marketing needs
Good communication skills (manage conversations and negotiations with stakeholders)
First-class organizational and time management skills, along with a sound attention to detail
Good interpersonal skills to deal with people at all levels
Experience in creating videos would be of great advantage
Willing to work on a graveyard shift
