Description:
The Designer We are seeking for is full-time.
Must be proficient in any graphic editing software, mainly Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.
Must have 2 to 3 years of working practice in design, either from being a freelancer or a local designer in your current location.
You shall receive a gross hourly rate of eighty-one pesos and twenty-five cents (Php. 81.25) or six hundred fifty pesos (Php. 650) per day base on a monthly payment of twenty-three thousand and forty pesos (Php. 23,040.00) computed on a one hundred ninety-two (192) hours per monthly basis or twenty-four thousand nine hundred sixty pesos (Php. 24,960.00) calculated on a two hundred eight (208) hours per monthly basis but will always be depending on the monthly working days, payable semi-monthly, and you will receive into your bank account.
Here are the Main responsibilities of the Designer that We are seeking for:
» You are expected to abide by the COMPANY's rules, regulations, and policies.
» You are expected to make sure you are always physically and mentally fit to work at all times.
» You are expected to work 8 hours a day from Monday to Saturday.
» You are expected to work together with our Creatives team, 8 pm to 5 am Philippine time, Monday to Saturday. Breaks for the whole shift are 30 minutes, 10:00 pm to 10:15 pm, and 3:00 am to 3:15 am lunch break is 12:00 am to 1:00 am.
» You are always expected to start your work at the correct time that would be 8 pm and 1 am.
» You are expected to follow any instructions given to you by your Project Manager in any given project.
» You are expected to deliver High-Quality Service to satisfy your client in any shared tasks assigned to you by your Project Manager.
» You are expected to design different graphics types for our Clients from Logo, Banner Ads, Social Media Covers, Social Media posts, Business Cards, PDFs, Book covers, etc.
» The maximum number of clients you will handle per month will be 10 to 15 Clients with 2 Graphic tasks, each client with a delivery time of 1 to 2 days but will depend on the design task's workload. If the job is just a simple design task, our team expects Information technology to be delivered as early as possible to be checked.
» You are expected to deliver all projects on or before any set deadlines you both agreed on with your project manager. Delayed delivery would be permitted subject to disciplinary measures.
» You are expected to report any significant issues concerning your project.
» You are expected to read and follow the stated instruction in the client's project or task.
» You are always responsive when your project manager asks for any progress for the task or asking for a call.
» You are expected to do your work and responsibilities during operating hours.
» You are expected to always likely to open your monitoring software (Time Doctor) to monitor your task during operating hours; if you encounter any technical issues, please inform your Project Manager immediately. Due to your negligence in playing the software, loss of time will not be the COMPANY's or your Project Manager's responsibility.
» You are expected to attend any training sessions issued to you by your Project Manager.
» You are expected to make sure to report all progress and concerns of any project assigned by your Project Manager. Reporting nothing in any progress and problems regarding your task can result in severe disciplinary action.
