Roles and Responsibilities
• Develop creative marketing content for campaigns across EDM, social media and digital media (including web templates, website banners etc)
• Develop digital & printed sales support material for sales/marketing department
• Create visual designs that adhere to the company's brand style guide & brand identity, using both pre-existing design templates & developing fresh concepts
• Assist with developing graphics & other visual assets to be used for larger projects such as videos
• Work collaboratively with internal teams and in-house designers during the briefing, feedback, development and finalization process to ensure the design work meets the brief and objectives
• Work with the Content Team to prioritize and schedule workload, managing the team's expectations on deadlines
• Packaging & product garment labels: Support the existing Finished Artist in developing artwork for garment labels, packaging stickers and packaging
Required Experience
• At least 2 years experience in Graphic Design
Minimum Qualifications
• Experience in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator)
• Experience with Corel Draw Suite (PaintBrush and others)

• Big picture strategic thinking, being pragmatic in approach to problem-solving, how to answer a brief
• Great attention to detail, ability to check work and limit the load of the team by reducing unnecessary amends
• Ability to be flexible, adaptable, collaborative, and diplomatic in the face of changing needs and requirements
• Knowledge of some software tools like Adobe creative suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign)
• Knowledge of some software tools like Adobe After Effects is strongly desired
