The Graphic Designer / Content Creator shall support the growth of QSMI by using the power of design and content to promote the business wherever it conducts sales activities and to create a positive representation of the company to the public.
 
SCOPE OF WORK
GRAPHIC DESIGN
Design brand and marketing collaterals for both print and online, including but not limited to: banners, brochures, corporate giveaways, employee IDs, signage, packaging, social media ads, etc.
Maintain the corporate branding assets and design files
Take/edit photos or videos for use in design work
SOCIAL MEDIA
Collaborate with VP - Branding & Strategy planning and creating social media content
Layout social media posts following QSMI branding
Take photos or videos for use in social media posts
Do copywriting, voiceovers, or editing, as necessary for the content being produced
3x weekly posting on Facebook and IG feed posts / Reels
3x weekly posting on Facebook and IG Stories
AD HOC SUPPORT FOR BRANDING OR MARKETING EVENTS
Assist in coordination with internal and external suppliers or stakeholders, if the need arises
REQUIREMENTS
Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite tools (vector illustration, photo, and video editing) or other similar design software (demonstrated by portfolio)
Active on social media, with experience in editing Reels
Organized and able to manage multiple projects
Has own smartphone and laptop or desktop (until further notice, this position is mostly remote or work from home and the Company shall provide access to paid software and monthly allowance for internet/ mobile data)
Resides in Metro Cebu
Willing to travel for work assignments as necessary
Not necessary but highly preferred:
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design / Communications / Multimedia (or other related field)
Experience working with corporate marketing or design agency environment
Experience handling content creation for brands or businesses of any size
Strong skills in English, Cebuano, and Tagalog
COMPENSATION
PHP 20,0000 starting salary, including De Minimis benefits (non-taxable compensation)
