We're looking for a talented Graphic Designer to bring our beauty brand to life through compelling visuals across packaging, digital, social, retail, and marketing assets. Design engaging, on-brand creative assets for digital campaigns, social media, email, e-commerce, packaging, retail, and print
Translate brand and product concepts into compelling visuals that resonate with beauty consumers
Maintain consistency of brand identity across all platforms and touchpoints
Collaborate with marketing, e-commerce, and product teams on creative briefs and campaign execution
Develop assets optimized for multiple platforms and channels
Stay up-to-date on beauty, fashion, and design trends to bring fresh, innovative ideas
Prepare final files for production, ensuring accuracy and quality
RequirementsQualifications
3-5+ years of professional graphic design experience (required)
Beauty industry experience is required - deep understanding of consumer aesthetics and trends
Strong portfolio showcasing digital, print, packaging, and campaign work
Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; After Effects a plus)
Experience with e-commerce platforms, social media design, and email design best practices
Strong eye for typography, layout, and visual storytelling
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
Collaborative, detail-oriented, and passionate about beauty + design
