JOB DESCRIPTION
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Creates and designs various materials for advertisements, print, web pages, digital collateral/ content, and other communication materials
Works with Marketing Managers, Marketing Officers, and Marketing Associates to produce new ideas for company branding, promotional campaigns, and marketing communications
Produces art layouts by developing art concepts
Delivers multiple projects within design specifications and budget restrictions
Shapes brand standards and creates procedures to ensure all designs are brand appropriate
Performs retouching and manipulation of images, photos, videos, and other design materials
Plans concepts by studying relevant information and materials
Illustrates concepts by designing examples of art arrangement, size, type size, and style and submit them for approval
Performs any other relevant assignments as tasked by the Marketing Manager and Top Management
JOB QUALIFICATION
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and other graphic design software
Effective time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
Able to give and receive constructive criticism
Understanding of marketing, production, corporate identity, product packaging, advertisements, and multimedia design
Creative and strategic thinker
Strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics
