JOB DESCRIPTION
· Conceptualize, execute, and do the final artwork/layout as needed by the Company
· Illustrates concept by designing a rough layout of art and copy regarding arrangement, size, type size and style, and related aesthetic concepts
· Prepare finished copy and art by operating typesetting, printing, and similar equipment
· Makes design and creative suggestions with regard to layout, design, and visual merchandising needs of the company
· Create, modify and enhance the branding of the company
· Convert, edit, and revise existing ad materials and layout
· Provides creative inputs on the improvement of graphics, photos, layout, design, and visual merchandising needs of the company
· Perform layout design as directed, utilizing Adobe Photoshop, Corel Draw, Microsoft Publisher, or any other graphical user interface software
· Test graphics across various media
· Review the design for errors before printing or publishing
· Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on brand
· Design the layout of the print ads for job vacancies either website, broadsheet, or tarpaulin
· Perform other tasks as may be required by an immediate superior or higher level of management
JOB QUALIFICATION
· Candidate must possess Bachelor’s Degree in Arts/Design/Creative Multimedia/Advertising/Media or equivalent
· At least 1 year of experience in Graphic Designing
· Must be a creative artist
· With extensive knowledge and skills in graphic arts / creative design/multimedia design
· Proficient in Corel Draw, Adobe CS, Adobe Photoshop (Illustrator, After Effects, Audition, and InDesign) Business Collateral (Tarpaulin), and MS Application
· Knowledge of 3D Max is an advantage
· Results oriented, flexible, able to multi-task, attention to detail, and organize
