GRAPHIC ARTIST
 
DUTIES & ESPONSIBILITIES
 
PRIMARY DUTIES
Responsible for execution of all request/job orders pertaining to design, conceptualization & layout as needed by the specified channels.
Ensure in maintaining the portfolio of all requested lay-outs.
Responsible for protecting the issued productivity tools asset.
Responsible for the timely submission of performance reports needed. Maintains the file of relevant documents for traceability.
Creates design and marketing collaterals such as posters, signage, banners, catalogs, and booths.
SECONDARY DUTIES
Ensures that existing Company Rules and Regulation, Core Values, Safety and Standard Operating Procedures are being implemented at all times.
Attend QMS Orientation.
Participate in company productivity programs such as SGA and QCC.
Observe/Conduct cleanliness and 7S housekeeping in the workplace in compliance with the Health and Safety
Standards set by the company.
Perform other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's Degree in Arts/Design/Creative Multimedia
Fresh Graduate; One year experience in the same field is preferred.
Excellent in Computer office tools and functions.
Excellent in software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and Corel Draw.
Excellent in presentation and analytical skills
Flexible and multi-tasker, customer focus (Internal and External)
