Position Objective:
1. To ensure all comprehensive designs submitted by Visual Artist are converted to graphic design.
2. To coordinate with Marketing team for laying out of all advertisement & promotional designs
3. To cater all graphic design requirements of all departments
4. To assist Visual Artist in crafts making, photography and videography as needed
ll. Key Result Areas/Job Responsibilities:
1.Concept development, art creation, banner advertising, fliers, brochures and more.
2.The ability to work under tight deadlines, work well under pressure, and handle a large number of projects at once is absolutely essential!
3. Develop unified graphical themes for use throughout a wide variety of channels.
4. Create layouts for web, print, banner, and e-mail materials.
5. Performing responsible work involving a variety of graphic art and design services.
6.Providing services to departments, such as, logo design work and graphics; development of creative themes and schematics; image/photo enhancement and/or manipulation; design and execution of creative, high-quality print-ready publications.
7.Takes the initiative to know the other functions of the Art Department and fills-in for other positions in the department when necessary. Additional duties relating to the successful execution of this position
8.Shows the ability to work under tight deadlines, work well under pressure, and handle a large number of projects

1. Education
1.1 College graduate with two (2) to three (3) years experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience to meet the required knowledge, skills and abilities.

2.4 Service oriented
3. Skills
3.1 Good in written and oral English communication skills
3.2 Knowledgeable in Graphics Designing using macintosh power pc and compaq computers, scanners, laser & inkjet printers.
3.3 Knowledgeable in graphics software such as Adobe Photoshop, corel draw, MS Publisher, Illustrator and other FX Plug-ins.
3.4 Posses skills in Artistic Photography, LOGO Designing, Flyers, Company Brochures, Internet Graphics, etc.
3..5 Knowledgeable in all Art Materials such as paper, printers, inkjet cartridges, laminating plastics, gloss sprays, transparency sprays and etc.
3.6 Should be able to do manual artworks using the basic materials such as paint and brushes, pen and ink, colored pencils and pens, etc.
3.7 Should also be able to do streamers, banners, posters, manually.
