The opportunity
Responsibilities
Design and layout collaterals based on the client's or an account manager's instruction brief
Work with a wide range of media (e.g., booklets, magazines, brochures, newsletters, decks, mock-ups, print, web assets, photography, etc.)
Edit collaterals according to feedback
Work with the Project Coordinator, Quality Analysts, other Graphic Designers, and Account Managers to meet clients needs
Communicate with the client to discuss business objectives and requirements
Pitch design ideas to clients
Manage client relations and determine their present and future needs
Estimate time required to complete the task
Oversee the production phase
Observe project deadlines and track progress
Look into and develop design concepts

What we are looking for
At least 5-6 years of experience as a graphic designer or in a similar role (multimedia artist, layout artist, desktop publisher, web designer, etc.)
Bachelor's degree in design, fine arts, advertising, or another relevant field
Experience as a creative liaison with cross-functional teams in publishing, advertising, marketing, media, design, or film industries.
Advanced proficiency in using a variety of design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Lightroom, etc.) and Microsoft Office (PPT, Word, Excel, etc.)
A strong understanding of the basic principles of layout and design (emphasis, balance, alignment, repetition, contrast, proportion, movement, color, and white space)
Basic knowledge and skill set for producing creative collateral (illustration, photo editing/manipulation, layout, interactive PDFs, forms, digital, print, etc.)
Video editing and animation knowledge is a plus
Basic project management skills -ability to work with project management tools, review and download assets, and generate sound estimates for costs and timelines with the project coordinator and seniors.
Branding -strong understandi ng of basic or fundamental brand principles and familiarity with navigating the brand's website forresources and assets.
