Working with clients, providing briefings and advice on design style, format, print production, and deadlines. Producing product illustrations, brand logos, and website concepts, graphics, and layouts choosing font type and size, as well as the size and placement of prose and illustrative material.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead person in the development of publications/media as may be needed by the organization. These cover, but are not limited to: memo, newsletters, electronic announcements, posters, banner materials, etc.
Point person in the development or other visual media requirements such as video, multimedia presentations and other graphics-related needs.
Coordinates with respective account officers in ensuring that communication materials are disseminated and updated.
Planning concepts by studying relevant information and materials.
Illustrating concepts by designing examples of art arrangement, size, type size and style and submitting them for approval.
Preparing finished art by operating necessary equipment and software.
Coordinating with outside agencies, art services, web designer, marketing, printers, and colleagues as necessary.
Contributing to team efforts by accomplishing tasks as needed.
Communicating with clients about layout and design.
Creating a wide range of graphics and layouts for product illustrations, company logos, and websites with software such as Photoshop.
Reviewing final layouts and suggesting improvements when necessary.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree Communication and Arts, Information Technology, Graphic Design, and its equivalence.
With at least 2 years related working experience.
Passionate and enthusiastic for design, with a creative flair.
With good presentation skills and with time management skills.
