-Candidate must possess at least a College Degree (Art/Design/Creative Multimedia or equivalent)
· At least 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
· Expert in Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, SketchUp and Lightroom
· Must be knowledgeable in Adobe Premiere and AfterEffect
· Advanced skills using a DSLR Camera with the ability to adjust settings manually (e.g. Shutter speed, ISO, etc.)
· Basic knowledge in Microsoft Excel, Google Drive, Dropbox and Wetransfer
· Strong written and oral communication skills in both English and Tagalog
· Willing to work in Pasay/Paranaque Area
· Willing to work every alternating Saturday
· Willing to take a design test to demonstrate skills
· Strong design portfolio (Please include in resume)
· Reliable with good attitude
· Able to start working immediately
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
· Must have experience creating packaging designs, logos, sell sheets, and catalogs
· Must have extensive experience in editing photos (color changes, cleaning, shadows, blending, etc.)
· Must be familiar with printing methods and paper types
· Understanding of modern design and basic design elements
· Team player who is able to meet deadlines
· Must have a keen eye for details
· Product design experience is a plus
· Experience in the consumer goods industry is a plus
· Social Media and E-Commerce Platform work experience is a plus
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Creates graphics for marketing collaterals, catalogs, packaging, web banners and social media content
· Studies design briefs, determines requirements and conceptualizes visuals based on requirements
· Collaborates and works with Sales team to implement and tests designs across various media
· Reports based on schedule and timeline regarding the status of the project, changes, and the likes
· Ensures that final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand
· Reviews designs for errors before printing or publishing them
· Photographs products for catalogs and E-commerce
· Other tasks that may be assigned from time to time
