At least 6 Months CCE Needed (Voice) / College UG (Med course) with 6 months Healthcare experience needed
College Grad (Med course)

Duties:
1. Answering incoming customer calls
2. Answering customer questions and requests
3. Ensuring that consumer demands are addressed properly and promptly
4. Using a variety of client-based tools and applications to manage and service customers
