Job Description
Assist in developing the GTM Strategy based on the customer, business goals and customer. Work cross-functionally to achieve objectives, Strategy and deliverables, determine the omnichannel approach and identify the appropriate media mix and messaging to bring these to life for the customer. Implement excellently GTM plans and promotions, constantly reporting on metrics and driving transformation by leveraging data.
MANDATE:
Main SPOC for GTM implementation and coordination with NTM, Portfolio and other teams needed to do proper roll out of campaigns that cuts across all regions and channels for both Offline and Online.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Program Design and Creation - Assists RLMs in crafting programs to address identified gaps and low performance drivers
Help draw insights from the understanding of customer behaviors, competitive activities and area nuances
Work with RLMs in creating insight-based and tailor-fit programs based on the business assessment that clearly address the needs of the area (i.e. build awareness, provide information, stimulate demand, reinforce the brand, etc.)
Assist RLMs in assessing the impact of created programs on the business and the customers
Program Execution - Leads execution of brand's programs / promos based on agreed schemes and parameters
Tailor-fits cascades (i.e. offers, promos, processes, policies, device upgrades, marketing events and programs, etc.) and FAQs that are relevant to the area's sales operations
Supports and monitors implementation of product launch, GTM, and online or on-ground execution
Monitors the use of A&P budget and other resources (i.e. freebies, trade collaterals, merchandising, etc.) that are allocated/earmarked for programs/promos
Acts as liaison between brand, sales, marketing, and program design in the development of programs relevant to the customer needs of the area
Conducts post-analysis of all program/promo executions and creates recommendations to sustain, improve or discontinue initiatives
Micro Market Discipline - Works hand in hand with RLMs in driving MM performance across the territories
Supports and monitors implementation of brand initiated MM programs across key cities / barangays, products and channels
Draws potential hypotheses and insights from the micromarket performance analysis and identify possible areas of intervention
Conducts quick hypotheses validation (e.g. on-ground checks, retailer / consumer surveys, data deep dives)
Liaises with area enablers (e.g. EDO, NTM MM, CLM) for data and analyses
Works with MM team in post-mortem analysis of brand's micromarket initiatives (i.e. monitor results, achievement of objectives, etc.)
