Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) Coordinator
Job Description
We are currently seeking a motivated Governance, Risk, and Compliance Coordinator to join our team. This role will be focused on the compliance and documentation of MySource BPO Solution Phils Inc.
Responsibilities
• Assist in implementing the compliance and risk management program and framework for the documentation process.
• Handle documentation for internal and external customers.
• Support the department and management through the development of policies, workflows, manuals, guidance, and Quality Management System (QMS) documentation.
• Create the ISO Corporate Manual and related documents.
• Collaborate with various stakeholders to identify information asset owners for data and systems classification.
• Provide information, advice, and recommendations regarding regulatory compliance.
• Prepare executive-level reports and metrics.
• Ensure compliance with standard procedures by verifying that all material packages have the correct certification, and all documentation is accurately recorded.
• Collate, prepare, and compile documents and records as per customer requests and client process requirements.
• Take full responsibility and ownership of all activities related to document control within assigned projects.
• Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Perform other related tasks and duties as required from time to time.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
• A graduate of any Bachelor's degree.
• Has at least three (3) years of working knowledge in QMS documentation and exposure to Internal Quality Assurance (IQA) Audits and 3rd party Audits.
• Proficient knowledge in Microsoft Office 365 tools.
• Possesses above-average skills in document control and management processes and ISO standards.
• Participates in projects and tasks with the responsibility of developing specific procedures/documents within the discipline area, as well as follows up on internal and external technical information.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate well in a team.
• Ability to resolve conflict situations with sound judgment.
• Quick learner, initiative taker, and decision-maker within the scope, procedures, and guidelines.
• Structured, accurate, systematic, and committed to delivering within deadlines.
• Has a business and result-oriented mindset.
• Understanding of operations in an international business environment in a Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) setting.
• Ability to engage and communicate effectively (written and verbal) with stakeholders at all levels.
• Good presentation and translation of information and ideas.
• Motivated to facilitate and contribute to the company's growth.
