Job Description
REQUIREMENTS
Work closely with Cloud and Operations and Security product teams to
document the policies and procedures that govern their products in terms that are business-friendly and easily to understand
Collect specific business requirements from the approved policies and procedures and deliver them to the Governance engineering team for implementation
Develop reporting that provides visibility into application health and exceptions to the approved policies that govern Cloud products
Identify exceptions to approved policies and communicate an action plan and due date for remediation by product teams
Develop and execute a communication and training plan around the dashboards, tools, and sites that help the Cloud Governance team communicate to the Tech and Engineering team
Support the Organizational Change governance program which seeks to improve the overall governance process linked to regular changes across the Tech and Engineering organization. Ensure that data the Tech and Engineering team leverages for ongoing accountability/responsibility is current and changes communicated
