Description
PRIMARY PURPOSE:
Work with small groups of students. Work closely with the Product Team to ensure student learning and provide high passing rate among MOS exam takers.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education/Certification:
Bachelor's degree in Education
Fluent in English
MOS Certifications are preferred
Special Knowledge/Skills:
Knowledge of Office Productivity Software
General knowledge of curriculum and instruction
Ability to instruct students and manage their behavior
Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of student data analysis
Familiar with the use of LMS (e.g. Moodle)
Experience:
At least 2-3 years of teaching
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
• Assess student learning outcomes.
• Design, develop and implement training programs
• Communicate with school admins regarding training programs
• Gather, compile, and disaggregate data; and link that data to student learning and instruction.
• Differentiate instruction based on assessment data.
• Plan and use appropriate instructional and learning strategies, activities, materials, and equipment that reflect understanding of the learning styles and needs of assigned students.
• Use technology to strengthen the teaching/learning process.
• Help students analyze and improve learning adoption.
• Be a positive role model for students and support the learning objective of the institution.
• Create classroom environment conducive to learning and appropriate for the physical, social, and emotional development of students.
• Maintain a professional relationship with colleagues, students, parents, and academic customers.
• Use effective communication skills to present information accurately and clearly.
• Participate in staff development activities to improve job-related skills.
• Compile, maintain, and file all reports, records, and other documents required.
• Attend and participate in staff meetings
