As a member of the Global Markets Entity Identifier team (GMEI), you will be responsible for the accurate data collection, maintenance, and enrichment of Legal Entity Identifier (LEI) data. The GMEI Team Leader provides day-to-day supervision to staff, acts as a central point of contact to provide guidance for team members, and works with colleagues globally to ensure the seamless delivery of operations.
What You'll Do
Develop team members in accordance with global HR practices to be able to resolve various topics and challenges and support performance improvement
Improve the way the work gets completed to reduce the cycle times and enhance the client experience
Strive to exceed performance targets; lead and review team member performance against all KPI`s, KVI`s and KRI`s and ensure overall quality for the team output is in accordance with regulatory expectations
Analyze and interpret current statistics and take the action to avoid negative impact to operational targets and client experience, addressing any concerns in timely manner and communicate to the applicable partners
Keep up to date with industry knowledge and GMEI rules/processes to ensure accurate data validation

Talents Needed For Success:
Minimum of 4 years of related experience
Bachelor's degree preferred with Masters or equivalent experience
