Globe Media & Entertainment Group was set up with the intent of transforming Globe to become a media & entertainment business. Our portfolio includes Studios (short & long-form video content production), Live (activations, events & production), Lifestyle (retail lifestyle including apparel & digital accessories), digital publishing and new businesses in e-commerce.
In addition, the group is developing properties and Intellectual Property (IP) assets in music, fashion, arts & entertainment to cater to customer's passion points. These assets are developed also with a view towards monetization via B2C and B2B.
The Sales Head will be accountable for leading the sales effort for the Group with the objective of selling the properties to external clients and growing revenues via external non-Globe clients
To lead the Globe Entertainment sales team and be the official Globe representative to current and potential partner clients - protecting current partnerships as well as develop new businesses to push new projects, activations and investment opportunities.
To create, design & develop media packages for on-ground, digital and/or above-the-line for current and/or potential clients.
To be able to create a sales strategy to be followed by the sales team that would become the backbone in generating sales and meeting annual targets.
To be responsible and accountable for pitching and closing event concepts & projects to potential partner clients - internal departments, media/creative agencies and/or direct clients.
To develop and execute project plans to ensure partner client commitments are delivered on time, within budget, and as agreed upon together with the accounts team.
To communicate and disseminate all of client partners' objectives, requirements and/or concerned departments' deliverables.
To create ongoing base of client engagement to provide partnership sustenance
